Who We Want:The Client Solutions Team is responsible for the technical and evergreen maintenance of all Bazaarvoice web applications. Our bar for customer service is high. Superior customer communication skills are crucial to this role as is the ability to work with internal and external teams in a matrix environment.
Snapshot: Client Solutions Engineer
- The Client Solutions Engineer is responsible for maintaining evergreen technology to exceed our clients expectations of service.
- The CSE will troubleshoot, debug and investigate platform performance irregularities and issues.
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
The ideal Client Solutions Engineer has experience working with executive level clients at Fortune 500 organizations in multiple technology integration engagements and meets most or all of the following requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and certifications
- Superior client communication skills
- Internet/e-commerce industry experience
- HTML and CSS skills
- JavaScript knowledge
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design concepts
- Experience with Firefox development tools & debugging
- XML knowledge strongly preferred specifically feeds and the ability to understand and troubleshoot APIs
- Experience using version control and issue tracking systems (Salesforce.com experience is a plus)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
