The Client Solutions Manager serves as the main point of contact between the customer base and Integra Telecom and is responsible for proactive and reactive management of all aspects of their base accounts. The Client Solutions Manager serves in a Solutions-type capacity, focusing on both sales and service. The position will also focus on activities that cultivate ?new logo? business primarily within the established customer segmentation utilizing a high degree of activity relating to sales and service to achieve set targets. The position conducts all customer interactions via phone and written communication working with members of the Sales Support Department to meet customer expectations.
Here are some of the responsibilities:
?Retain and grow revenue by proactively reviewing assigned customers? products, services, current rate plans and contracts to propose optimized solutions.
?Manage to and report on funnel activity within Sales Force Dot Com (SFDC).
?Prepare for and conduct proactive routine account review calls: review for customer contact, billing and system accuracy, trouble ticket history, and new service order activity.
?Contact a specified percentage of the assigned customer base within a specified timeframe.
?Provide high level of customer satisfaction through relationship building and account management.
?Respond to customer requests for service, establish timelines for implementation, must be able to perform all order writing functions to initiate and process all order types for all products for processing by the Sales Support Department. Also responsible to monitor and provide feedback on all orders to the customer as requested. Performs order entry as necessary.
?Respond to customer requests for billing and establish appropriate timelines for resolution.
?Follow up on issued trouble tickets
?Provide basic technical and training support to customers.
?Serve as the interface between assigned customers and various Integra departments
Must have skills:
?3+ years of telecommunications experience; or at least 2 years in a position of ?up-selling? existing Customers
?Some knowledge of local exchange, long distance, data/internet, high bandwidth products, PBX and hosted systems and telecommunications operations.
?Must have strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills.
?Verbal and written communication is essential so command of the English language is key
?Demonstrated techniques in persuasion, selling, negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service.
?Microsoft Office Suite
?Own a car as there is some face time with customers
?Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing or a related field, or the equivalent in training and experience.
