Job DescriptionWe?re seeking a proven Client Solutions Manager to act as the lead strategic resource for the Sales team, helping them to build solutions and provide technical product expertise to help win business. You will be seen as an expert in all facets of our products and technology ? including ad formats, targeting, ad serving, measurement, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic resource for sales to help deepen client conversation and provide technical product expertise to help close business
Bring deep industry domain expertise to bear on client conversations, serving as the technical product expert and helping our Sales team match Undertone capabilities to client needs
Guide Sales Planning in proposal development and communicate campaign parameters to Client Services prior to implementation
Influence Marketing, Product and Technology teams based on the information you gather when meeting with prospective clients
Job Requirements
5-7 years of both technical and client services experience in the digital advertising industry
Experience working at an agency, portal, data provider, rich media vendor, network, and/or trading desk
Extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on industry trends
Experience working with multiple departments internally during all stages of the sales process
Familiarity with and experience working on RFPs/RFIs
Superb presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and analytical
