At Dataminr, we are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to:
Manage clients from onboarding through post-sale, continuing to update and educate on new products/features.
Maximize the efficacy of on-boarding and upfront client product education to drive product adoption.
Work closely with individual users to maximize the benefit of the product and establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with key users.
Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university
Deep understanding of financial markets, economics and securities and current market data products
3-5 years experience in research sales or client relations role in capital markets or a financial news organization
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and flexible with an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to travel
