Who We Want:
Bazaarvoice is searching for a Client Success Associate who will be working closely with our Client Success Director (CSD) team. The CSDs provide account management, coaching and social commerce expertise to our clients to drive high impact ROI from Bazaarvoice?s solution. The associate will be responsible for working closely with our CSDs on client deliverables, joining them to assist clients on key phone calls, performing reporting & data analysis across the team, conducting market research, creating client-wide outreach campaigns, assembling materials and follow-ups needed for calls, updating our CRM system, and working with cross-functional teams to improve the overall efficiency and processes that the team uses. This role is an excellent entry level opportunity, with competitive pay, that will provide invaluable hands-on experience in the Client Services, Sales, and Marketing fields and Internet/ecommerce industries.
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
Degree in progress or recently completed. Marketing, MIS, International Business strongly preferred.
Strong record of academic achievement
1-2 years of relevant prior work experience or internship in a corporate environment
Desire to constantly learn and process new information about Bazaarvoice solutions, our industry, partners, competitors, etc.
Excellent MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience using Salesforce.com is a major plus
Mature written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and a strong ability to see opportunities and potential gaps, in order to contribute proactive ideas for improvement.
Flexibility, adaptability, and project management skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects.
Analytical Skills ? Advanced Excel skills, e.g. pivot table and data manipulation. Nice to have: SQL skills and/or experience with Business Intelligence.
