Who We Want:
Bazaarvoice is looking for a Client Success Director who will consult with our clients to develop measurable joint marketing programs that meet the business objectives of our clients. It is a proactive and demanding role, requiring strategic planning skills and the ability to deliver value-based messaging to facilitate client action.
Develop and own the client relationship through phone, web meetings, email and on-site travel
Develop and share marketing best practices to drive UGC submission volume and adoption of new Bazaarvoice products and services
Consult with clients on marketing strategies to promote and leverage customer-generated content for their websites and other channels (online and offline)
Consult with clients to define key ROI measurement metrics that align to the marketing strategies and plans
Advocate internally for client needs within Bazaarvoice
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years work experience in a client services/account management role managing Fortune 1000 clients
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated experience with ecommerce and web 2.0 technologies
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Presentation (MS Powerpoint) and public speaking experience (executive level audience)
Positive, self-starter attitude with desire to exceed client expectations and ability to work extended hours when required
Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
Able to travel up to 50%
Authorization to work in the US
In Sum: This person is ultimately responsible for owning the long-term relationship with our clients, and is motivated by client retention, providing business solutions and identifying opportunities to extend products and services into the client account. Our ideal candidate is proactive and creative, willing to think outside of the box to strategically deliver success stories within his/her portfolio.
