Client Success Director Innography Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Innography is looking for a Client Success Director who will lead a team of Client Success Managers, as well as consult with a defined set of key clients to develop strategic, innovative IP approaches that meet the business objectives of our clients. It is a proactive and demanding role, requiring management skills, strategic planning skills and the ability to deliver value-based messaging to motivate client action.
--Build and maintain a team of highly effective Client Success Managers
--Contribute to the creation and execution of Innography's Client Retention and Client Growth strategies
--Act as first line of escalation for Client issues brought forward by the CSMs
--Discover and influence the client's internal metrics for success of Innography and ensure the client knows how to achieve and measure those results
--Advise clients on strategies and tactics for developing a healthy IP Strategy
--Ensure that key clients stay on track in their execution of their success plans
--Help key clients understand the value they are receiving from Innography
--Advise clients on additional ways to maximize the value of the Innography products and solutions
--Drive the adoption of our self-service client portal, our Support team, and our Fee-based Services to satisfy as many client needs as possible
--Manage the client renewal process, ensuring that we have 6 month visibility into where we stand with each client renewal
--Identify and advocate opportunities to expand the scope of Innography's footprint within the client's business
--Travel: up to 50%
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
--15 years in account management
--5 years of managing Customer Success Management team
--Exceptional relationship building and skills
--Intellectual Property experience, preferred
--Demonstrated ability to manage dozens of accounts concurrently
This person is ultimately responsible for owning the Client Success Manager team as well as long-term relationship with a key set of Innography clients, and is motivated by leading a highly successful team, client retention and growth, providing business solutions and identifying opportunities to extend products and services into the account.
