Who We Want:
Bazaarvoice is searching for a Client Success Director (CSD) who will be working closely with our Client Success team and other internal groups across the company to provide the best customer experience available. The CSD will provide account management, coaching and social commerce expertise to our clients to drive high impact ROI from Bazaarvoice?s solution.
The CSD will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and working directly with these customers on their requirements with the ultimate goal of client retention. This individual will be responsible for customer interaction and Bazaarvoice objectives as related to Best Practice adoption, strategic product discussions, driving customer requirements internally, engagement with customers via regular meetings or onsite visits, assisting with client-wide outreach campaigns, facilitating client training sessions, responding to contract and invoice questions, updating our CRM and customer facing systems, and working across the Client Success team to better support our overall customer base. This is not a sales position.
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
This role is an excellent opportunity, with competitive pay, that will provide invaluable hands-on experience in the Client Services, Sales, and Marketing fields and Internet/ecommerce industries.
Degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, International Business strongly preferred.
5-10 years of relevant client work facing experience in a corporate environment
Desire to constantly learn and process new information about Bazaarvoice solutions, our industry, partners, competitors, etc.
Excellent MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Experience using Salesforce.com is a major plus.
Mature written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a strong ability to see opportunities and potential gaps, in order to contribute proactive ideas for improvement.
Flexibility, adaptability, and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and tasks in a fast paced environment.
Analytical Skills ? Advanced Excel skills, e.g. pivot table and data manipulation. Nice to have: SQL skills and/or experience with Business Intelligence.
Strong record of academic achievement.
