Client Success Manager Innography Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Innography is looking for a highly-skilled and experienced Client Success Manager to consult with our clients and proactively develop strategic, innovative IP approaches that meet the business objectives of our clients. It is a demanding role, requiring strategic planning skills and the ability to deliver value-based messaging to motivate client action. On-target earnings of $120,000 with potential upside.
--Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers
--Discover and influence our client's internal metrics for success of Innography and ensure the client knows how to achieve and measure those results
--Advise clients on strategies and tactics for developing a healthy IP portfolio
--Ensure that key clients stay on track in executing their IP success plans
--Establish and oversee our client's adoption, training and development of best practices
--Provide excellence in customer advocacy driving satisfaction and a high likelihood to recommend our solution
--Identify opportunities to increase customer's usage, value and revenue
--Advise clients on additional ways to maximize the value of Innography products and solutions
--Drive the adoption of our self-service client portal, our Support team, and our Fee-based Services to satisfy as many client needs as possible
--Manage the client renewal process, ensuring that we have 6 month visibility into where we stand with each client renewal
--Identify and advocate opportunities to expand the scope of Innography's footprint within the client's business
--Travel: up to 75%
Required Skills and Experience:
--Must have 5-7 years of client facing account management experience
--Understand SaaS/Software related product solutions
--Strong customer relationship skills
--Intellectual Property experience, preferred
--Demonstrated ability to manage dozens of accounts concurrently
This person is ultimately responsible for owning the long-term relationship with our clients, and is motivated by client retention and growth, providing business solutions and identifying opportunities to extend products and services into the account.
