What you?ll do: As a top-notch Client Success Manager, you?ll take the reins on managing one or two of Spiceworks? largest clients, devoted to growing and meeting their (oftentimes demanding) business goals. You?ll advise clients on strategies and tactics for developing a strong presence in Spiceworks, and you?ll manage their campaigns like they?re your own. By discovering and influencing client?s internal metrics for success, you?ll enact new approaches and solutions linked to objectives and future needs. You?ll also be perfectly at ease working across departments (sales to account management to email marketing to dev), and you?ll have a blast every step of the way!
Responsibilities: What will I do?
Introduce new opportunities and bring new ideas to the table
Identify needs client may not recognize and manage client expectations
Ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
Ensure the client stay on track in the execution of their success plans
Identify and advocate opportunities to expand the scope of Spiceworks? footprint within the client?s business
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
3-5 years? interactive experience in a client services organization
Expertise in web, email, social media, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects
Crazy good organizational skills and a proactive passion for all things digital
Desire to go beyond the basics and bring new ideas and thinking to Spiceworks and our clients
Strong understanding of the intricacies of campaign lifecycles as well as reporting and metrics that show success
Firm grasp on project management process and working with a dev team on deadlines
Ability to interact with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from the CEO to administrative support staff
Advanced writing, presentation and communication skills
Experience preferred in the B2B space
If you?ve worked with a large tech brand, huge plus
