Your day-to-day (as a Spiceworks Client Success Manager, you?ll):
Take the reins on managing one or two of Spiceworks? largest clients, devoted to growing and meeting their (oftentimes demanding) business goals
Advise clients on strategies and tactics for developing a strong presence in Spiceworks and manage their campaigns like they?re your own
Discover and influence client?s internal metrics for success
Enact new approaches and solutions linked to objectives and future needs
Be perfectly at ease working across departments (sales to account management to email marketing to dev)
Have a blast every step of the way!
Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?
Approx 5 years of interactive/digital experience in a client services organization
Expertise in web, email, social media, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects
Crazy awesome organizational skills and a proactive passion for all things digital
Desire to go beyond the basics and bring new ideas and thinking to Spiceworks and our clients
Strong understanding of the intricacies of campaign lifecycles as well as reporting and metrics that show success
Firm grasp on project management process and working with a dev team on deadlines
Ability to interact with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from the CEO to administrative support staff
Advanced writing, presentation and communication skills
Experience preferred in the B2B space
