Client Support Analyst Axioma Inc.
Responsibilities:
Research and respond to advanced optimization and risk analysis questions from clients and update information in case tracking system.
Provide structured and custom training for new and existing clients
Rapidly obtain expertise in Axioma software and risk model products and translate this expertise into helpful guidance for clients and prospective clients.
Assist clients in translating their portfolio construction strategies into Axioma products, while providing helpful insights into Axioma?s innovative methods.
Assist Sales Team members in creating proof-of-concept analysis through running historical optimization simulations, portfolio analysis, and product demonstrations.
Provide expert guidance end-to-end during evaluations of Axioma software products, including initial training, day-to-day usage questions, and completion of agreed upon evaluation goals.
Assist sales organization as necessary to facilitate strong client retention and new business development.
Serve as an advocate for clients by submitting enhancement requests and feedback to Axioma?s product management staff.
Collaborate with senior support staff in responding to advanced client inquiries.
Assisting with the distribution of software and risk model products along with providing appropriate licenses for trial and production clients
Requirements:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong educational foundation of equity market theory and quantitative disciplines of portfolio construction/research.
Completed curriculum in Financial Engineering or equivalent finance coursework focused on quantitative methods in risk management and optimization.
Strong computer skills, programming experience a plus (namely, in Java, C++, Matlab, R).
Strong ability to problem solve, and quickly identify problem resolution for clients.
Passion for assisting and teaching clients how to maximize the benefit of Axioma products.
Familiarity with database platforms a plus (e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
Advanced degree in finance, operations research, mathematics, engineering, or computer science strongly preferred.
