Concur is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Client Support Representative supporting the TripIt business unit (www.tripit.com). This is an entry-to mid -level position in a fast-paced, high-profile startup environment. You will support end users through existing and new support channels and serve as the user voice.
This position calls for a professional yet energetic team player who can also work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision. You must have passion for delighting customers and solving their problems; the communication skills to clearly and concisely respond to customer inquiries; and a passion for technology with an enthusiasm for product advancement. This is a small and highly leveraged team where self-motivation and efficiency are key.
Respond to customer inquiries (via email and occasionally phone) and strive to maintain a high level of service
Gather, analyze, and report insightful feedback including potential bugs and follow-up, feature requests, and customer usability feedback
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies
Education, Experience & Training required:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years? experience working with customers
Exceptional work ethic
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem analysis and problem-solving with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to be calm and helpful while handling customer complaints
Ability to balance empathy for the customer with potentially conflicting company priorities while identifying creative and helpful solutions
