The Procurement Support Analyst position will provide technical support to “Fortune 100†companies on our ‘Spend Management' applications.

Candidates must have expertise in providing customer services on web applications and excellent English communication skills with the ability to handle and resolve basic software application problems in a timely and efficient manner.

• Working closely with the Rearden client base on any reported issues or requests while providing quality customer service
• Handling basic issues, requests or general “How-to†questions on web application via telephone help line, e-mail, and a customer-care-service portal.
• Communicating with internal cross-functional teams on customer requests and issues

• Experience of 6-12 months in providing Technical Support via telephone, as well as email to customers on web applications.
• Handling Overseas calls (mainly UK)
• College degree or relative diploma in any discipline (or equivalent technical training)
• Computer and internet literate
• Knowledge of MS office applications
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
