Client Training Lead Vitrue

Job Summary:
The Client Training Leader will work with Product Management and other business stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver instructionally sound client training materials for the Vitrue platform and related offerings. In this capacity they will need to be both an expert at creating a world-class training curriculum and accompanying materials and a first-class trainer of those same materials with clients and as a leader for others in the training group.

Responsibilities:

Manage client training assignments and workflow for the client training team
Design and develop instructional materials
Schedule and deliver training sessions both in person and via webinar
Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and business requirements create client training curriculum
Manage the research, design, and development of curriculum
Provide framework and structure for training materials create standardized client training materials
Develop all training materials associated with requirements identify appropriate methodology for delivery
Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs by creating evaluation components to track outcomes
Assure effective delivery of client training through train-the-trainer sessions
Ensure high quality training by participating in ongoing evaluation of training materials
Supervise a team of client trainers providing leadership, support and ongoing development
Provide administration and reporting

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience (3+ years) developing training materials for external customers
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills training and meetings
Thorough understanding of instructional design methodology (3+ years experience) including needs analysis, learning objectives, course development, testing and evaluation.
A minimum three years of experience organizing and writing complex technical materials such as presentations, instructor guides and participant guides
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail orientated with strong project management skills.
Computer and software proficiency must be comfortable with and effectively utilize technology
Effective as both a team member and leader
Solid understanding of Adult Learning Principles and Instructional Design
Excellent communication skills able to understand and effectively communicate complex subjects; strong presentation and writing skills
Excellent customer service skills required
Must have outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent relationship management skills are required

Education/Experience:

Bacholors degree required
Masters degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design or related field preferred OR 5 years training management experience in lieu of Masters
Knowledge of sales, service and business management required
Knowledge of SaaS industry preferred
