Advanced ICU Care is transforming ICU performance within its client hospitals by utilizing telemedicine technology to leverage the expertise of fellowship trained intensivists and highly skilled critical care clinicians. This newly created position provides an opportunity for an individual with the right combination of clinical background (Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, etc.) and excellent Client Relations skills to become an integral part of a highly motivated team of medical professionals dedicated to improving care and outcomes for critically ill patients. The Clinical Account Manager will be instrumental in resolving issues, developing and managing performance improvement strategies and overseeing client communications to further strengthen the relationships that exist between Advanced ICU Care and its client hospitals.
Vice President of Client Relations
Work closely with key personnel in assigned hospitals to strengthen the relationships between Advanced ICU Care and the clients it serves. The Clinical Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for routine communications and resolution of issues that may arise.
The Clinical Account Manager will participate, along with Advanced ICU Care clinical leadership, in the development and implementation of Performance Improvement goals and strategies. Will work closely with staff of assigned hospitals (including their Quality Department Staff as applicable) to transform these plans into improvements that can be measured in terms of quality of patient care, cost savings and client satisfaction.
The Clinical Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating the various monthly/quarterly clinical and operational reviews designed to improve communication, resolving issues and fostering collaboration between client hospitals and Advanced ICU Care.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with at least 2-3 years of experience as an RN or RT in an ICU setting, within the last five years.
Two to three years of experience in a Account Management/Client Relation or similar role.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the demonstrated ability to execute at the tactical level.
CCRN certification is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate and manage change.
Effectively communicates in both written and verbal forms.
Self starter with exceptional commitment to providing superior proactive client service.
Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently, follow through and focus on details.
Must be able to work collaboratively with both clinical and technical peers and staff.
Ability to develop consensus and collaboration across multiple, cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel periodically to client sites.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
