Caradigm is looking for a Clinical Analyst. The Clinical Analyst will provide the clinician?s perspective to the product management organization. The main purpose of the Clinical Analyst is to help with the development information reconciliation algorithms, the design of clinical workflows and the functions for Caradigm software solutions. The Clinical Analyst will be responsible for understanding and developing the optimal connections between the clinical process, workflow, and the content, with the application design. The Clinical Analyst will be the proxy for the user and facilitate the translation of the user requirements to the software specifications in a way that Caradigm engineers can understand the functions and features that must be developed.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Establish detailed use cases and clinical personas
? Work closely with customers to establish and validate requirements
? Clinical risk assessments to ensure high quality safe software
? Close collaboration with marketing team to ensure market opportunities and needs are reflected in product plans and requirements
? Working with customers on requirements
? Conducting product research to further understand the competitive profile for the segment worldwide and opportunities for growth
? Ensuring customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the ?voice of the customer? is reflected in work processes
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? BSN, RN, or RPh
? Minimum five (5) years experience working in hospital IT setting or as HIT vendor
? Knowledge of clinical terminologies (e.g. First Data Bank, RxNorm, ICD 9, ICD 10, LOINC etc.)
? Ability to communicate using English and/or local language
? Experience with software development lifecycle
? Experience with clinical analytics (e.g., utilization reports, HEDIS reports, PQRI reports or similar)
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
? Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
? Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
? May require up to 30% travel
Desired Qualifications:
? Master?s in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Healthcare Administration or related field
? Motivation and interest in developing medical technology
? Strong system documentation skills
? Strong communication skills
