Summary
ViewRay is seeking an engaging, driven, and passionate individual to support the introduction of a fine medical instrument capable of MRI-guided radiation into clinical practice. The right person will enthusiastically embrace new challenges and be part of a team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities
Responsible for educating initial customers on the ViewRay system.
Provide on-site clinical support, assisting in product utilization and workflow optimization.
Work closely with clinical sites to develop clinical case studies.
Establish and document clinical protocols for use across clinical sites.
Assist with help desk call center support.
Act as clinical liaison for sales and marketing activities (trade show and sales demo support).
Provide clinical feedback and product improvement recommendations to Product Management.
Review clinical-facing documentation for consistency and accuracy as it relates to clinical practice.
Support new software testing and evaluation.
Provide creative energy to help push the boundaries of the status quo.
Go to work each day to help improve the lives of cancer patients.
Qualifications
CMD with a minimum of two years' experience in radiation oncology.
RT(T) preferred.
BS degree or equivalent preferred.
Familiarity with a variety of treatment machines and treatment planning systems.
Direct clinical experience with complex treatments such as IMRT, SRS, SBRT, and IGRT.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with various departments in a clinic.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with encouraging others and embracing change.
