M2S is seeking a Data Management Team Leader. In this role, you will specialize in providing datasets that support the Clinical Trials and PATHWAYS product lines. You will work with a varied set of health data including anatomical measurements, clinical outcomes data, and quality improvement data. As a ?hands-on? manager, using Oracle and postgres databases, you will create database scripts, case report forms, de-identified datasets, and other data sets as required for various technical and clinical audiences.
Providing leadership and supervision to Data Management Team
Direct day-to-day activities of team members in the planning and execution of deliverables. Sets priorities for all Data Management work.
Ensuring acceptable quality of the datasets, and the validity of reported results.
Performing individual coding and testing as part of the Data Management Team.
Directing effective and efficient processes and standards for Data Management across the organization.
Executing short-and long-term dataset activities that meet strategic needs.
Working with the M2S leadership team to develop the data reporting strategy.
BS in computer science, engineering or a scientific field or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Strong knowledge of Oracle and postgres databases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proactive, with strong analytical, team, time management, and project management skills.
Track record of successfully prioritizing, multi-tasking, and working to agreed schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to handle changing priorities.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
Proven ability to anticipate/troubleshoot issues and handle them as appropriate.
Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
2-4 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in a regulated environment
