Clinical Field Manager GlobeImmune

We are searching for an experienced Clinical Field Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely production of high quality clinical data and overseeing all regional field Clinical Research Associates. Major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to,

Independently evaluating and recommending selection of investigators/study sites, and participation in indentification of potential new sites
Independently training CRAs, investigators, coordinators and other trial staff in data collection methods to ensure conformity to project, protocol and GlobeImmune standards
Ensuring the collection and updating of all essential documented defined by FDA resulations, GlobeImmune SOPs and general industry standards
Performing comprehensive site management which includes all types of monitors visits, ensuring adherence to protocol, and accurate data collection on CRFs via comprehensice source document verification, and drug/biologic samples/supplies accountability
Establishing study timelines and milestones
Developing solutions for logistical and operational issues that arise during trial execution
Managing the field staff in continuous improvement of efficiency and effectives including overall study performance, site initiation time, quality of data and resource utilization.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline or pharmacy, RN or BSN degree, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a CRA at a pharmaceutical, clinical or bioresearch organization, as well as a minimum of one year supervisory experience is required. Must have a proven track record of performing monitor visits from start-up to close-out. A demonstrated knowledge of Good Clinical Practices is also required.
