We are currently seeking a Clinical Process Consultant for our Emergency Department product suite, in our Picis division of UHG. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced and challenging work environment. Candidates interested in this job opportunity will reside in close proximity to a major airport and will work from their home office and will travel to client sites around the country.
As a Clinical Process Consultant for our Emergency Department product suite, you will work with our team to provide clients with workflow and process best practice suggestions as well as assist with the development of their customized database. Process Consultants are responsible for providing clients with the appropriate tools and resources to successfully implement their Picis products. You will provide guidance to clinical and non clinical users for planning, building, configuration and training purposes during the implementation. You will also provide leadership to clients in the implementation or improvement of existing systems and provide a global view of the integration.

Qualifications
Required:
RN Licensure
at least 3 years experience in a hospital Emergency Department
at least 1 year in a Director role
at least 3 years experience using an Electronic Medical Record
willing to travel at least 80
proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Assets:
experience with ED Pulsecheck
experience with Microsoft Visio
at least 1 year of training facilitation experience
BA/BS degree
