Overview:
Role Overview:
The Clinical Site Director plays a key role in providing leadership, coaching, and support to Clinical Health Assistants. The Clinical Site Director will monitor the effectiveness of the clinical programs and services and implement changes as needed. The Clinical Site Director will work closely with all aspects of the business (IT, Operations, Program Development, Marketing, Account Management, Sir Leadership, etc.) to optimize, continuously improve and scale our service model and our processes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, implement, and support all clinical programs. Train and support people in the use of clinical business processes.
Manage complex projects and meeting deadlines
Partner with clinical team (e.g., Medical Director, pharmacist, nursing team, psychologists) and provide clinical subject matter expertise
Serve as a liaison between business, IT and clinical programs of 3rd parties (i.e., health plans, PBMs, disability carriers, behavioral health, etc.)
Drive data-rich analysis resulting in continuous improvement of processes and continuous development of people using the processes
Lead, mentor, and coach Clinical Health Assistants.
Evaluate and implement efficiencies, focusing on strategic and long-term improvements.
Work effectively with Sales to provide support in defined opportunities as needed.
Qualifications:
BSN degree and recent clinical experience required.
Equivalent of a Master?s degree and/or 10+ year?s progressive experience in related industry ? preferably health care administration/operations.
Deep and broad knowledge of industry (specifically chronic condition management, case management, treatment decision support, nurse triage, lifestyle modification, etc.) business operations, process flows, and supporting tools and technology.
Demonstrated process improvement skills and experience ? preferably Lean Six Sigma
Strong Interpersonal and Engagement skills ? demonstrates implied authority and effective working relationships across a broad range of business competencies, i.e. senior leadership, management, programmers, sales, marketing, service delivery team, etc.
Excellent communication, organizational and consultative skills
Demonstrated tactical strength with a compliment of strategic thinking
Demonstrated experience building consensus and working through others in achieving desired results and objectives
Outstanding project management capabilities, excellent presentation skills, strong planning and decision-making skills, demonstrated analytical, problem solving skills
Able to travel up to 25%
Clinical Certification Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable
