Location: Central Region (Chicago Based)
The Clinical Technology Consultant is a field based position for demonstrating Zonare Premium Ultrasound platforms, accessories, software, transducers and service while working with Ultrasound Sales Consultants and Managers to promote and sell Zonare platforms. The responsibilities include educating and training customers on Zonare technology, advanced set-up and ease of use ?knobology? techniques of the ultrasound platforms, high level presentations and demonstrations, account satisfaction and management, field reports, product and engineering input/reports, and customer service.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The Clinical Technology Consultant/Sonographer will be responsible for scanning of test subjects related to clinical evaluations for high level presentations and demonstrations.
The Clinical Technology Consultant will provide input on ultrasound product development and design and work closely with Engineering to ensure that clinical needs are incorporated into product design.
Includes clinical input to user interface design, clinical feature specifications, product optimization, clinical input to operator manual, training of regional applications leaders, and management of clinical product evaluation sites.
The Clinical Technology Consultant is responsible for preparing for demonstrations, and assisting and performing demonstrations in conjunction with their Zone Sales Representative.
The Clinical Technology Consultant is responsible for training and educating the customers using advanced setup and ease of use techniques.
The Clinical Technology Consultant is responsible for providing support at conferences and seminars.
The Clinical Technology Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Zone Sales Representative in maintaining the customer satisfaction within their territory.
BA/BS college degree preferred.
Five years of clinical experience.
Commercial sales experience preferred.
RDMS or RVT registry a must.
RDCS registry preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Strong work ethic.
Good organizational skills.
Computer skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel basics.
Individual must be motivated to work independently as well as with teams.
He or she must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
Must be detail oriented with good written, verbal and organizational skills.
PC skills including use of Windows Operating systems and MS office applications are required.
The Clinical Technology Consultant is able to perform most job functions from either their home or in the field with customers.
Must be available to work irregular hours and also be able to travel extensively as needed. Required travel minimal expectation is 50% of the time.
