We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Operations Manager at our office located in Hoboken, NJ.

PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for managing the people, quality and workflows of the Hoboken operation including proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges, handling employee relations in conjunction with HR, and addressing critical business needs and problem resolution. This role is also responsible for producing metrics and supporting documentation related to operational activity.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Responsibilities
People Management ? Effectively implements and applies iHT?s Talent Management methodology to develop and manage a high performing team
Hiring:
Utilizes screening, support, CIDS, reference interviews and debriefing meetings to select high performers.
Adapts Scorecard to individual.
Effectively recruits, hires and on-boards and develops people based on an agreed plan.
Management:
Conducts talent inventory.
Matches assignments to individual.
Makes decisions and takes timely action to reallocate assignments (resulting in ?A? performance or other performance management action).
Understands and uses the Situational Leadership II model.
Operations Management ? Manages/Implements defined and repeatable workflows, processes, policies and procedures, and measurements related to the operations teams located in Hoboken
Improves and strengthens the operational foundation for the department
Develops and implements processes that result in improved performance
Defines assignments clearly and with deadlines, expectations and metrics
Coordinates and ensures the timely and quality delivery of mission critical assignments
Resolves operational problems that impacts the effectiveness of the department
Works collaboratively with others to achieve business results
Improves and strengthens the quality assurance program for operations
Incorporates feedback from team and other business units
Identifies root causes of errors
Utilizes feedback and the results of error analyses to generate continuous improvement
Represents operations and iHT to external constituencies
Attends client presentations as requested
Manages site visit for the Hoboken facility
Participates/Leads vendor meetings
Sets clear and appropriate expectations with external parties
Responsible for directing ongoing change.
Defines and recommends objectives in each area of Operations. Develops specific short-term and long-term plans and programs, together with supporting financial metrics.
Leads and directs the prioritization, scheduling and assignment of operational activities.
Selects, assigns, trains and evaluates direct reports and recommends or initiates associated human resources actions.
Develops and recommends budget and administers budget in accordance with company policy including monitoring actual expenditures and addressing variances to approved budget.
Oversees facility
Serves as single point of contact for internal and external constituencies related to operations of the Hoboken office
Coordinates with IT to ensure office personnel are appropriately supported.
Coordinates with HR
New Client Implementations & Client Services
Establishes implements and maintains operational consistencies for guiding the delivery of services and technology to one or more clients by planning and managing implementation activities in conjunction with various departments.
Reviews and maintains client service level agreements consistent with company standards and/or client contracts
Develops key performance indicators (KPI) and establishes dashboard to report to company leadership team
Other Related Responsibilities
Implements improved processes and management methods.
Researches applicable subject matter practices and remains aware of industry trends.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to learn CMI?s and iHT?s capabilities, requirements and limitations quickly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree, Master?s degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of direct management experience
Minimum 8 years of business/operations management experience
Minimum 3 years of health plan operations experience
Minimum 5 years managing call centers or transactional production environments
JOB DEMANDS:
Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs without assistance
Position is located in Hoboken, NJ.
Travel Requirements approximating 20% both domestic and international
Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
