Northern Safety has an opportunity for a person seeking a successful career in collections and credit.We have a full time opening with great potential for someone who is ambitious, hard working, good with numbers, and competent when dealing with customers on the phone.
This role consists of contacting customers with delinquent accounts and attempting to resolve payment problems in a professional, legal, and timely manner. In addition, the job includes running reports, analyzing past due accounts, and taking appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies, billing errors, and credit limits.
For this position, the ideal candidate will possess:
Confidence and be someone who can learn quickly, be a team player, and positively contribute to the Credit Department
2-3 years of collections/credit and/or office experience
Capability to interact daily in person and on the phone, exceptional organizational skills, and proven analytical and math skills
