Colorado Regional Sales Director RedVision

This position is responsible for identifying potential clients for the organization, all presales activities, and coordinating internal resource requirements during sales cycle. Once a client is signed, this position will provide ongoing account management activities, ensuring the client is satisfied and well served.
Colorado title experience is required for this position.
Drive incremental revenues with new prospects and existing clients that meet or exceed annual sales targets.
Engage in presales activities (including, but not limited to, understanding potential client?s situation, determining initial potential client requirements, providing potential client with thorough understanding of Red Vision Systems).
Cold call potential customers to establish relationships.
Work in conjunction with internal resources such as Global Process Engineering as required during sales cycle to produce proposals.
Coordination with internal executive team to negotiate contracts with clients.
Facilitate smooth client transition from sales cycle into production during the on-boarding process.
Provide ongoing account management.
Partner with the strategic account team on potential strategic accounts as determined by the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Work with existing clients on opportunities to increase breadth and depth of relationship with a focus on increasing market share.
Maintain accurate client data, sales reports and sales forecasts using company resources that support executive management.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment that requires normal safety precautions.
Minimum 5 years experience in the industry of real estate transactions or other relevant experience
Minimum 5 years experience in sales/account management
Comprehensive understanding of database technologies and web applications
BA in Business Administration or related field
Build business relationships with prospects
Strong analytical skills
Ability to gather information and interpret it
Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment
