Overview:
MachineryLink is currently seeking a Combine Support Representative to work
in a very dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment to communicate over
the phone with our customers and dealerships in the resolution of combine
repairs or adjustments. This is a full time position located in our Kansas City
office.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
? Diagnose equipment failures and determine the best repair solution.
? Train customers on use of equipment.
? Perform outgoing customer contract calls and receive and process
incoming calls.
? Input invoices in the proper systems.
? Communicate with customers and dealerships regarding combine repairs.
? Work with company shops to improve combine reliability.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
? At least three years of experience working with agricultural farm
equipment; two years combine experience.
? Excellent phone and customer service skills.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Work from corporate headquarters in Kansas City and travel as required
(5% of the time).
