The Community Support ? Artists will be responsible for maintaining, assisting and building Myspace relations with various artists and record labels for new Myspace. This role operates within our Customer Experience department as a liaison between artists and the Myspace brand. The main objective of this role is to provide support to our artists and their experience on the new Myspace as well as providing support to the music support lead.
Schedule: Monday through Friday- Business hours set by Manager
Duties
?Creating promotional and educational documentation for musicians and artists
?Assist in managing our artist?s content on the platform.
?Keep the music catalogs on the site up to date
?Serve as the liaison between Artists and Myspace
?Gather and aggregate artist feedback from various channels
?Staying abreast on current/ongoing updates for artist related tools
?Maintain a strong relationship between the artists on the site and the brand using various contact channels.
?Help manage Artist Support areas on the site as well
?Assist in developing updated personalized language surrounding artist tools and product.
?Provide exceptional support for our Artists & Labels
?Provide assistance to the music support lead gathering artist support inquiries that are filtered through the help center.
RequirementsCollaboration with other departments in:
?Collaborating in the creation, and implementation of policies surrounding Copyright, Whitelisting, and the Dispute
?Assisting with the onboarding and outreach of artists to the new Myspace
?Identifying and establishing relationships with rising artists on the site for promotional purposes
Additional duties
?Communicate with our developers regarding any needed tools that Myspace will require to support our users in relation to artists, creative account types
?Additional tasks as outlined by the Customer Support Manager
?Directly reports to Customer Support Manager
oTime off, additional tasks, and projects outside of normal duties must be approved by Manager
oExpectations, additional responsibilities, scheduling are set by Manager
oGoals and Objectives must be approved by Director and Manager
