The Caradigm finance team is looking for an experienced finance business partner to be part of the team that is building the next billion dollar business in healthcare. Curious how it feels to be in an early stage of business? Want to support a business that will truly change people?s lives?
Essential Responsibilities:
? Report to the Commercial Finance Manager and responsible for providing financial analysis to the Services Team
? Provide day to day financial support around revenue and services costs (Cost of sales) and partner with the Commercial and Services teams to support profitable growth, compliance and controllership
? Prepare detailed revenue and gross margin estimates and long range plans
? Partner with services team to track delivery schedules and determine impact on revenue and gross margin forecasts
? Prepare financial analysis around actuals to plan. Summarize findings and share with finance team and business partners.
? Work with services team on delivery of plan by developing operational offsets if there are declines in revenue
? Ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies
? Work with Services team to manage overall cost structure and optimize employee, vendor and offshore resources
? Drive business partner engagement, interaction, satisfaction and experience
? Communicate monthly / quarterly results
? Initiate consistent process improvements
? Support CFO on business financial presentations and business leaders with monthly operational reviews
? Lead various ad hoc projects and strategic analysis
? Partner with other finance team members to ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies and procedures and partner with others on projects geared at improving processes
? Expected to develop positive relationships with the extended sales and services teams
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? A minimum of 7+ years of financial analysis
? Experience with evaluating service delivery options, the related cost / benefit analysis and tradeoffs a plus
? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related discipline
