The Commercial Sales Representative (CSR) for Good is responsible for leveraging the channel and selling into mid-market accounts in a given geographic territory. Sales includes install base customers and developing net new customers, while maintaining a customer and prospect base for Good products and services. This position is a hybrid sales position-- while most sales cycles are conducted over the phone, the successful candidate will require travel for customer and partner meetings. This is a quota bearing position.

? Leverage and develop joint go-to-market plans with value-added resellers and carrier partners to adequately cover a given geographic territory.
? Work with partners, prospects and customers who require enterprise mobility solutions.
? Deliver online and in-person presentations and demonstrations.
? Target prospects according to title, fit, geography, company size, and ranked priority.
? Call at all levels within an organization and determine quickly the decision maker.
? Complete sales orders and other documentation required to close of a deal.
? Work revenue opportunities through closure through the channel.
? Evangelize and demonstrate Good?s mobility solutions at field marketing events.
? Partner management and territory planning.
? Pre-call planning, prospecting and cold calling.
? Opportunity qualification and objection handling.
? Call structure and control.
? Selling to technical staff, lines of business, and ?C? level executives.
? Familiarity with solution selling techniques and usage of ?close plans.?
? Knowledge and experience working with a CRM system, specifically salesforce.com.
? Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
? Strong organization and time management.
? Team player and ability to marshal and leverage multiple resources ie) partners, SE?s, deal desk, sales management, etc.. to close both transactional and complex deals.
? BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
? 10-20% to meet with partners, customers and attend regional marketing events.
Required Skills & Experience:
? 5 ? 10 years inside sales, territory sales, or related experience in a B2B outbound environment.
Bonus Points for:
? Mobility and/or security experience.
? Background in leading high-tech companies such as Oracle, Salesforce.com, Cisco, amongst others preferable.
? Experience working the channel and co-selling with partners.
? Ambition to grow within company.
