Job Description
To maintain the accuracy and integrity of payroll for commissioned employees and ensure controls are in place over commission processing. Perform payroll/commission support, organizational and administrative duties. Provide specialized oversight and analysis of Business Unit commission structures and payments.
Position Responsibilities:
Set up individuals within the Callidus software commissions system and ensuring transactions are correctly mapped to individuals.
Update Callidus software and other applicable systems as needed.
Manage preparation and analysis of monthly commission payments, statements, and supporting reports through Callidus software.
Ensure commission calculations are in accordance with annual compensation plans.
Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness.
Assist and research commission payment or sales discrepancies brought forth by Finance or Sales and resolve issues timely and accurately.
Perform support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas.
Provide input on ways to provide input to improve the commissions processes.
Assist with month end commission accruals.
Assist with reconciliations of the commission balance sheet accounts.
Track, analyze, report and submit commissions payments to payroll.
Ad-hoc reporting, analysis and special projects as required.
Provide superior customer service to the sales force in the area of resolving open issues.
Qualifications:
Experience in the Sales Compensation field a plus.
Bachelor?s Degree preferred in accounting, finance or general business.
3-5 years of general business experience.
Ability to work alternative hours to support a Worldwide Organization.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with enterprise software a plus.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and work with large amounts of complex data.
Detail oriented with high standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work well under pressure to balance priorities with various deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members of various backgrounds / opinions.
