To support ongoing corporate growth we are adding a Commission Analyst to our team. We seek candidates with three to five years of experience in a Finance function, preferably in a fast-paced high tech environment, and a strong desire to grow professionally. This is critical role that provides business support and commission analysis to the management team and various business functions at Empirix.

Reporting to the Operations Controller at Corporate HQ in Bedford, MA, your responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering monthly commission payments to Sales employees, maintaining compensation data in the Xactly Express incentive system, supporting Sales employee requests for information, and ensuring that commissions are calculated correctly and in a timely manner.
Ensure commission calculations are in accordance with Sales Incentive Plans.
Utilize Excel or ERP systems to gather data for payment calculation or analysis.
Manage the configuration, functionality and performance of the XactlyExpress incentive compensation software application.
Provide monthly statements and reporting of compensation payment detail to individual Sales team members and management through XactlyExpress.
Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness.
Dispute Resolution: assist and research commission payment discrepancies and resolves issues timely and accurately.
Prepare month end commission accruals and reconcile GL accounts.
Perform support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of commission or incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas.
Contribute to the development or improvement of systems or processes to effectively track or capture commission and quota data.
Perform cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission/incentive plan design or quota levels.
Analyze Sales performance results and prepare commission expense reports, presentations and recommendations for Sales and/or Finance management.
Develop ad hoc analysis and reports as required
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
3 - 5 years Sales compensation plan administration experience.
Xactly experience preferred.
Oracle CRM experience preferred.
