The Partner Commissions Specialist will perform various tasks to support our partners, ensure their referrals are properly tracked and that their commissions are paid accurately and on time. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, and who can support our partners with excellent service. You research the issue and discover you made an error and failed to give The Snazzy Social Guy credit for a referral that he should have been paid commission for. You also discover this partner is managed by a different department in Infusionsoft who didn't deliver all the information necessary for you to give that partner the referral credit, AND you discover 20 other partners were also not paid commissions due to a finance department glitch. Responsibilities Include:
Manage accurate records in our accounting and CRM systems regarding partner status, referrals and commissions
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure all commissions are accounted for
Manage commissions payout process, partner experiences, and commission related support tickets
Identify and implement solutions for better efficiency and scalability
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong understanding of relational database reporting and Excel skills
Strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of accounting principles
Working knowledge of CRM system
Ability to learn systems quickly with little guidance
A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal direction
Exceptional organizational abilities and proven attention to detail
Ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external customers
Ability to maintain an optimistic, flexible attitude in a very fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
Ideal Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in accounting-related database systems
Experience with Infusionsoft and NetSuite
Bachelor's Degree
