Codecademy is bringing coding to the people?help us tell the story of our cause! We?re looking for an exceptional communication designer to assist with marketing and landing pages, creative campaigns, branding, and more. You?ll provide the visual support that strengthens and inspires our learn-to-code movement.Responsibilities
Design beautiful marketing and landing pages
Develop and brand unique, creative campaigns
Design inspiring promotional materials for internal and external use
Make high-level contributions to product and brand strategy
Requirements
Amazing design skills (Bonus points for illustration / iconography experience)
Ability to clearly articulate design decisions in a collaborative work environment
Enthusiasm for teaching and code
Must be a motivated self-starter capable of personally managing projects
Experience with versioning control systems, Ruby on Rails, and educational environments are all a huge plus. We also love seeing a history of self-initiated projects.
