Community Consultant Communispace
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Communispace is seeking a high level relationship manager with a strong background in Market Research/Consumer Insights or Advertising/Media/Brand Management and incredible client management skills developed by managing Fortune 500 clients.
This role is primarily a client management role, but also has a sales component. It will be perfect for a creative self-starter who is passionate about what Communispace does, has a gift for reading clients and is motivated by the opportunity to expand client relationships and reach within an organization. This position will be responsible for building client relationships at the client?s corporate headquarters, primarily with Research and Insights partners, but also with Marketing, Merchandising and other groups.
Day to day you will:
Be the central 'hub' for all client requests and will triage accordingly, communicating back to 'home base' what is needed and when. Will be primary client manager on the team.
Sit in on briefings and on presentations to understand client needs, hear follow-up questions, and be the Communispace presence.
Have a unique opportunity to be engrained in the client?s strategy and business objectives.
Be responsible for communicating priorities and strategies to the Communispace team.
Act as the onsite Communispace Ambassador.
Represent Communispace, our values and unique services.
Walk the halls, get to know as many people as possible, build relationships wherever we can.
Coordinate with all research partners.
Write research activities and work on reports if research proposals and approaches as needed, but not an expected part of this job
Be the client?s go-to-person for the voice of their customer, including owning all historical data (on-the-spot client searches) and learnings and being able to recommend how to leverage the community and other partners to dig deeper, if appropriate.
Manage and monitor the monthly scope and timing of all requests.
4-8 years of experience in the delivery of or sales of Advertising, Market Research, Brand Management, Market Research/Consumer Insights, or online community management
Strong client relationship management and consulting skills
Knowledge of survey/questionnaire design
Initiative, basic selling skills, a self-motivated individual who likes success
Excellent and proven project management and time management skills
Ability to set priorities and manage expectations
Superb business writing, verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills
Great at working in a collaborative team environment
Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Fun, interesting and outgoing person who plays nice with others, loves their chosen profession and thrives in a fast-paced, intense environment
Experience or interest in CPG/retail is preferred
