A key member of the Community-facing team, the Community Coordinator III has 3 primary roles:
1. plan and promote all onsite Community-related contests and events including but not limited to AnswerThons and Wammys. This includes scheduling, idea and proposal generation, volunteer coordination, site messaging, quality auditing, and project management.
2. provide customer support for incoming support tickets from both general visitors as well as Community members.
3. provide leadership on new Community programs (such as Expert Outreach), and provide administrative and program support to current Community/Program Coordinators.
Summary of responsibilities
In addition to the above roles, the Community Coordinator III will be expected to perform activities on a daily basis that include:
? Engage new Answers.com visitors and help them integrate into our growing Q&A community
? Foster relationships with and between potential members and influencers
? Engage with topic experts and respected community members to help people find the answers to their questions
? Reach out to reengage absent, previously active program members and topic experts
? Secondary support on Community Forum moderation
? Reengagement Outreach
o Contact inactive Members
o Encourage return; track using data pulls
o Acknowledge on MBs those who do return
o Solicit help from volunteers where possible
