Everyday you?ll interact with millions of our players across a variety of channels ranging from social media to Skype. As an expert listener, you?ll be able to efficiently share your conversations with our development team to better improve the game while advocating for the things that matter to players most. At the same time, you?ll bring a continuous stream of new ideas and work collaboratively with a worldwide team of passionate community managers.
Develop engaging content for our social media channels in partnership with our development teams.
Represent the voice of Hay Day players internally, while also serving as the voice of the development team to players.
Participate in global conversations with our 1.5M+ fans driving even more love and enthusiasm for our games.
Iterate our current community approach to innovative heights.
Nurture our relationship with our volunteer moderators, keeping them continually up to date on everything about our products.
3+ years experience in managing global online communities
A palpable love for Hay Day!
Social media savvy. You know the ins and outs of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and forums and how to get great engagement on each channel.
You must be a creative, tactical thinker. We want you to challenge us to reach our strategic goals sooner and in new ways.
You must have positive attitude, high-energy and a will-do attitude. Only team players need apply.
