Responsibilities
Mastering the HelloWallet application
Analysis of our user-base through customer support
Participating in Community/Product discussions to improve the HelloWallet application
Assisting with building customer-marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 customers
Helping to build a best practices toolkit to drive adoption and engagement of HelloWallet
Skills/Qualifications
Excellent communication skills: written, oral and presentation skills
Working knowledge of social media and/or online communities
Can learn how to use online applications quickly
You know how to problem solve while multi-tasking
Interest in working on technical issues
Sense of humor, fun, outgoing personality
Supervisor: Reports directly to Community Manager
Location: The position is based in downtown Washington, DC
Compensation: Paid internship
