Job Description
Directly interface with YouMail customers and partners through various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, GetSatisfaction), answering questions, providing guidance and promoting product features and functionality.
Act as customer-advocate, working with development, IT, quality and marketing teams to improve the product experience for end-users.
Expand, develop and improve company relationships with online community members, businesses, customers, and partners.
Develop strategies that help to foster engagement, web traffic and user community growth
Define success metrics and ensure business objectives are met through social media channels. Test, plan, and track performance of campaigns.
Provide regular reports to business owners on campaigns and social media metrics
Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and interaction with end users to foster two-way communication via social media channels.
Work with quality assurance team on alpha and beta releases of products to ensure they are in line with perceived end-user expectations.
Requirements
BA in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
2+ years related experience
Strong communication skills, including command of English language and solid writing skills
Verifiable social media contributions (search engine marketing, online programs, discussion boards, forums, etc.) and passion for creating and consuming new content types: websites, blogs, podcasts, wikis, etc.
Excellent project management skills
