Community Manager Romotive

Responsibilities:
-You own our content creation. This includes but is not limited to: blog posts, newsletters, and material for social media channels.
-Social media marketing is your thing. You create, manage and grow Romotive's community through Twitter, our facebook page, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, and blogs, Twitter, facebook, etc.
-You rock out customer relations and customer support. This includes but is not limited to: answer all customer questions however they come in (i.e. our 1-800 company number, emails, Twitter, facebook, etc.) and manage any online feedback forums.
-People should rave about their interactions with Romotive. Your purpose in life is to create a wonderful customer service and community experience for our users and fans.
-It's up to you to create and grow Romo's presence in the real world. This includes but is not limited to: planning and executing Romotive events (i.e. annual CES party, launch events, etc.), repping Romo at local happenings, and acting as the face and voice of Romotive at big conferences all over the country.
Qualifications:
-You are a social butterfly!
-You are extremely enthusiastic, have excellent oral/written communication skills, demonstrate strong analytic and time management skills, and multi-task like a boss.
-Previous experience with marketing is a plus.
-Previous experience with photography is an additional plus.
-Experience with basic graphic design and/or web design? Even better!
