Community Manager Postmates

GENERAL
At Postmates, customers are the center of our business. We're looking for a people person extraordinaire to build our community from the ground up. The bar for customer service is set extremely high and we need this person to take the reigns of our existing support infrastructure while building a scalable framework for new cities moving forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Address customer complaints and questions in real-time, working closely with dispatch to collect relevant information about deliveries
Build a rockstar support team to work around you
Monitor Twitter, Facebook and other social channels and participate in relevant discussions with customers and partners
Activate new customers and engage with community influencers
Maintain weekly column on Postmates company blog, providing insights into customer behavior, interesting use cases and community events
Plan and host local events for customers and partners
Serve as the voice of Postmates in your city and online
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of customer service, support or marketing management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills (grammar nerds wanted)
Naturally outgoing personality and an influencer amongst your personal network
Deliver results on time-sensitive projects
Pro-actively develop plans to address new challenges and opportunities
You should be comfortable working in a startup environment and participating in individual and group critiques.
You want to change the world at least a little bit
