You live and breathe community, always pushing the envelope on strategy, growth and seamlessly building a community that thrives in our marketplace. We are looking for someone to take our community to the next level, an operator of process, and someone who can?t help but think with the ?big picture? in mind. What you?ll be doing:
?Developing and implementing a community model that is comprehensive and aligns with the overall strategy for the marketplace.
?Partnering across departments to facilitate and encourage the adoption of strategy across the organization.
?Taking community management to the next level: you will always be thinking about ways to engage and expand the community.
?Connecting with the designers and embedding yourself in this space to better understand ways to engage.
?You will be the face of the company managing communications in both directions.
?Creating marketing and communications plans to provide direction for Visually?s public facing communications.
?Monitor trends in competing marketplaces, advising on potential growth opportunities.
?Contributing to the related communication vehicles and ensuring the integration of community for promotion and awareness building.
What you?ll bring:
?A serious passion for community management.
?Ideally, you have marketplace experience.
?At least 5 years of experience building and growing a community through creative and out of the box thinking.
?You can explain a complex strategy to anyone?even your parents.
?You are outgoing and enjoy face to face communications.
?Design experience is a plus but not a must.
