The Community Manager is the leader for Good's corporate social media community (beGood). This position will report to the VP of Corporate Marketing and will be responsible for driving the strategy to build a vibrant, engaged community that provides feedback to Good as well as is an extension of our own voice. In this role, you will be moderating the community and helping the internal teams understand its value and content.
? Drive the creation and execution of the community strategy to produce an engaged, vibrant community
? Partner with corporate marketing and product marketing individuals to produce integrated marketing campaigns that leverage the community
? Communicate and coordinate client service, production and strategy/planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
? Utilize social listening tools like Spout Social and Hootsuite to generate insights
? Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization
? Create and maintain Editorial Content Calendars, including writing all outbound social media content for PR, marketing
