Community Support Intern Responsibilities:
Flipboard has a very active and enthusiastic community that we actively listen to and interact with on a daily basis. Community feedback helps shape product decisions, directly resolves problems, and helps drive marketing initiatives. Join our team to:
Learn about using social media to educate users
Engage with our Community on new product releases
Help provide Technical Support communications within Flipboard teams
Participate in Community activities and Marketing events
Ideal skills, experience, and qualities:
Proficient with social networking, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus
1+ year customer service or quality assurance experience ideal
Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose software problems
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking, organization and time management skills
Experience using iOS and Android devices
