Compensation Analyst (Temp)

We're looking for ambitious, driven, self-starters who want to be on the leading edge of innovation in online media and technology. This is a temporary position and is located in Santa Monica, CA. This project will last between 4-6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in manager interviews to collect information on jobs in all of Demand Media's departments
- Write clear and concise job descriptions documenting the responsibilities, problem-solving skills, communication, experience, education and hard skills required for each job in the company
- Develop career path descriptions in certain areas of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education in a human resources department
- Two or more years of experience in general human resources functions
- Compensation background preferred
- Excellent writing skills
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word
