COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER Remedi SeniorCare
General Summary: Overseeing the administration of Remedi?s compensation, benefits and wellness programs. Provide the strategic insights necessary to drive business performance through implementation of effective rewards and benefits strategies.
Administer Remedi?s compensation programs and related communications/training including base pay, merit, annual variable compensation pay, sales compensation and executive compensation.
Develop job descriptions for all positions within the ograniztion. Create professional growth tracks through job families within pharmacy operations and supporting departments.
Conducts appropriate job evaluations. Ensure salary classifications (FLSA, EEO) are compliant with Federal and State guidelines.
Particpate in annual surveys and analyze data to to ensure market competiveness as well as internal equity.
Build and maintain a base salary range structure and tie all positions to the structure.
Manage the administration of the annual performance review and merit increase program. Build tools, set timing and drive cadence to ensure on time delivery of annual merit process.
Supports the design, administration, coordination and execution of the variable compensation program.
Forecast budget for salary increases.
Administer and manage all employee benefits programs to include; billing audits, census data feeds, employee issue resolutions/support, benefits communications, etc.
Work closely with Broker and plan carriers to provide best-in-class suite of benefits within budgeted guidelines.
Oversee the 401(k) plan. Ensure smooth coordination between Broker, TPA and Record Keeper.
Ensure 401(k) compliance related to required communications, employee participation and testing.
Periodically review and update benefits policies, processes and procedures.
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Five years of Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, and/or project management experience in positions of increasing responsibility. SPHR/advanced degree/Master?s level degree and experience working on the supply side of the insurance industry highly desireable.
Demonstrated success as a strategic partner.
Broad knowledge of health and welfare programs and related systems and activities that support these programs.

Strong interpersonal, conflict management, communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written with English as the primary language. Must have exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead, strong problem solving abilities, and a strong customer service focus.
Must be dependable with ability to be flexible, function independently and works under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines. Must have strong organizational, time management skills, ability to problem solve.
Prior experience managing staff level personnel within compensation and benefits functional area.

High frequency of contact with employees and and vendors requires effective interpersonal skills exhibiting a pleasant out-going and caring attitude, the ability to interact positively with a professional attitude and demeanor.
This position will be exposed to highly confidential information and data that disclosed would be against Federal and State HIPAA law and contrary to the company?s policies and to professional ethics.
This position requires the ability to exert up to 40 lbs. of force occasionally and/or lift, carry, push or move objects. Position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time during the work day.
