Description:This is a unique role that will require subject matter expertise in the areas of compensation and HRIS administration, as well as contribute in some other related Human Resources needs regarding systems, reporting and compliance.
The Compensation and HRIS Manager must function in a fast-paced environment with continuously evolving processes. This means the role requires an individual to be proactive, detail-oriented, and good at problem-solving. The position needs an individual who can recognize gaps in process and procedure and actively work to close them.
In addition to day-to-day administrative duties around compliance, leave of absence counseling, policy and process improvement, the Compensation and HRIS Manager will need to provide strategic HR support to managers, including partnering with individuals in remote locations.
Duties:?Participate in compensation surveys and analyze compensation data to establish and maintain equitable pay structures (bands or pay grades)
?Design, analyze and implement compensation programs for employees at every level including commission and incentive plans for call center agents and call center supervisors
?Participate in the annual merit increase process by providing data, analysis, and ensuring the accuracy of key data inputs.
?Ensure incentive plans drive the desired behaviors and strategic business results
?Develop/revise, implement and maintain the performance appraisal process
?Develop and recommend compensation policy and procedures
?Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure equitable base salary for ad hoc requests
?Perform job analysis and maintain accurate description of job description for new and existing positions
?Conduct HRIS Administrator duties such as resetting passwords, updating job titles, creating processes and workflows
?Act as ADP Portal Administrator and maintain internal communications with updated documents, upcoming events, trainings, benefits, recognition, and policies
?Appropriate responsibility for maintenance of corporate employee data in ADP HRIS system
?Track and report on employment actions such as termination, hiring, and compensation changes
?Ensure that employee records are maintained in accordance with federal and state laws
?Maintain current company Org Chart posted in ADP
?Manage salaried employee PTO tracking and compliance
?Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on ADP HRB talent and performance modules
?Assist with documentation and approval process to enact terminations, transfers, pay changes, hire, supervisor changes, cost center changes, and other employment actions
?Define, document and train HR team members on the procedures that utilize our HRIS (ADP HRB)
?Ensure data integrity in all systems (e.g. ADP HRB)
?Complete monthly HR Dashboard report using Excel
?Create ad hoc reports and monthly HR Dashboard relating to headcount, attrition, performance and conduct analysis
?Provide participation metrics around annual and quarterly review process
?Conduct semi-annual engagement survey; analyze, interpret, summarize, and present results of employee engagement
?Complete EEO-1 reporting; maintain compliance with Federal and State employment law requirements; responsible for ensuring compliance with respect to personnel file maintenance and record retention
?Administer online I-9 system and E-verify system, conduct I-9 audits
?Ensure policis are updated in ADP HRB and acknowledgements are completed by all employees
Qualifications:?6 - 8 years prior experience in base and variable compensation design, planning, and strategy
?5+ years experience managing and/or implementing ADP HRB or 8+ years managing multiple other HRIS
?2+ years experience in a Human Resources generalist role highly desireable
?Bachelors Degree required
?Certified Compensation Professional preferred (CCP); Professional Human Resources (PHR) highly preferred
?Masters degree in HR related field and/or PHR/SPHR highly desired
?Experience presenting and delivering training
?Strong computer software or database skills required including MS Word, Excel
?Working knowledge of employment law (FMLA, FLSA, ADA, Title VII, etc)
?Attention to Detail ? Correctly document and communicate the large amount of information that HR must manage as well as an attention to professional presentation in all interfaces with employees, vendors, or business partners on behalf of Allconnect or the HR department
?Analytical Skills ? Must be able to disect, manipulate, interpret and explain data and turn it into a presentable format for others to use
?Influence ? The professional presence, knowledge determination and confidence to tactfully convince or persuade individuals at every level to comply with policy/process or recommendations supported by research and data. An experienced and mature presence that invites collaboration and trust; negotiation skills

?Written and Verbal communication skills ? Proven experience in professional communication skills demonstrating impeccable application without frequent error in grammar, pronunciation, or spelling; prior experience in business/professional writing style for organization-wide messaging
?Sense of Urgency ? Completing actions as soon as possible or immediately
?Creativity ? The ability to design or identify ways to get things done that have not been done before in the absence of typical aids/support
