THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Tremor Video is looking for a super capable Human Resource professional who can balance strategic planning with execution. Both speed and accuracy are critical in this high growth, fast paced environment.
While the primary purpose of this role is to direct the design, implementation and administration of Tremor Video's compensation strategy, we also need someone who can administer benefits plans while owning payroll processing.
Being a Compensation specialist, you'll conduct ongoing job evaluations, design annual and long-term compensation and other incentive plans and rewards, analyzing and leveraging internal and external data sources.
As a people-person, assisting and counseling employees regarding their corporate benefits comes naturally to you. You'll conduct benefit enrollment and, when required, claim resolution. You are the primary resource for all employee benefit changes and questions including terminations, life event changes, troubleshooting and new hire enrollments. You will also drive annual open enrollments and participate in benefits review process, making recommendations to the VP on potential changes to plans.
Finally, driven by your innate desire for accuracy and reporting, you'll administer the semi-monthly payroll processing accounting for benefits, tax, garnishments and other deductions and consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws.
