General Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs, worldwide. Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to analyze company?s competitive position. Assists with offers and reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related issues. Recommends company salary structure movement, salary increase budgets, and FLSA exemptions. Evaluates job content and prepares job descriptions. Conducts special studies and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation and equity programs. Ensures compliance with local laws governing compensation practices.

Responsibilities:
Support Director of Total Rewards & HRIS in performing all functions related to FireEye?s total compensation and reward programs, worldwide, to ensure our programs are in alignment with our compensation philosophy and program objectives.
Participate in the design, implementation & administration of new and existing compensation programs, policies and procedures including base pay, short and long-term incentive programs, bonus programs, sales compensation and executive compensation. Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct job audits and evaluations, and maintains job documentation.
Prepare market survey benchmarking and input. Perform comparisons; recommend salary increase budgets and salary ranges for all major FireEye locations.
Assist in the design and administration of the Focal Performance & Salary Review, Equity Review, etc.
Participate in M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities.
Research new systems/tools/processes for compensation administration and monitor the implementation and operation of systems, functionalities, and enhancements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration or related area, preferred)
5-7 years of Compensation & HRIS experience, preferably with ADP HR, Workday, Oracle, etc.
Experience within a high tech organization preferred
CCP or other related certification desirable
Functional knowledge of Human Resources business processes (compensation, benefits, payroll, learning/development and supporting operations)
Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & excellent report writing skills
