THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Cogent HMG is seeking to hire an experienced Compensation/HR Analyst to our corporate office in Brentwood, TN
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports for management i.e. headcount reports, employee turnover, personnel report, recruiting and budget variance analysis.
Compiles data and reporting responsibility on items such as garnishments, personal time off, insurance and 401(k) deductions.
Support financial, workers compensation, Form 5500 and other federal or state audits.
Responsible for budget preparation, analysis and review.
Report on key performance indicators for the organization as well as the Human Resource department.
Annual Salary Review
Compensation reviews for Operations
Benchmarking compensation for Business Development
Auditing of HRIS
Cross trained on HRIS input and reporting
Preparing HRIS reports as requested from operations, finance and accounting
Responsible for onboarding process flow charts
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Accounting
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Good time management skills
Able to maintain confidential information.
Problem analysis and problem resolution
Work well in a team environment.
Maintains strict confidentiality with regard to protected health information and understands and adheres to Cogent?s HIPPA Privacy and Security policies and procedures.
Maintains strict confidentiality with regard to employee personal information and compensation.
Maintains strict confidentiality with regard to company legal and financial information.
